Service was great. They were constantly cleaning tables as people left. I got a crispy chicken taco that was good, topped with the green salsa. I also ordered the fish taco and that was ok. I wish it was crispy fish, it was just a white fish with breadcrumb. We tried the rice and beans and it was ok. The service and crispy chicken taco is definitely worth coming back for.

We'll be back if we're ever in the area again. Impressed with how clean this restaurant looked and no hint of bleach or oil in the air. Staff was friendly and courteous. We ordered the machaca for breakfast. My order was ready lightning fast and all ingredients of so fresh! Even the tortilla tasted homemade! I'm not usually a flour tortilla fan. If you're the type of person that notices details, Lolita's may be the place for you. We'll be back to this place for sure!

Top favorite, even though there's so many amazing places. My favorite salsa anywhere, I love green salsa and this is my top favorite, mixed with the beans and rice and the fresh tortillas, there just aren't any flavors like this anywhere else. I've been to every location, and they all taste the exact same, have amazing customer service, take out, and seating. The decor is a bit different at each place, which made it fun to try each place. I did just find out I haven't been to the new college location yet. Anything with beans and rice is so good, Chimichangas are soo good, breakfast burritos, tacos, rolled tacos all amazing.

California Burrito Ranking (19) Embarking on a quest to rank San Diego’s California Burritos! I’m now at stop number 19 on my Cali Burrito tour around San Diego, and today it’s Lolita’s Mexican Food. Product: They served up a big, hot burrito. First bite—bam! That sauce inside totally hit the spot. I’m guessing it’s sour cream-based. The meat was super flavorful with solid seasoning, and the fries had that perfect crunch. Hands down one of the best Cali burritos I’ve had in town. 10 out of 10 Service: The girls behind the counter were trying to be friendly, but they seemed kinda flustered or distracted. It threw off the vibe a bit. 6 out of 10 Atmosphere: The cafe’s big open space makes it feel chill. There’s no strong Mexican theme in the decor. Some spots weren’t the cleanest, but the staff cleaned up quickly. The outdoor seating area looks pretty cool though. 8 out of 10

Very good food with large portions. Had the carne asada Chimichanga, and it was great! The meat was 1/2 rolled in the shell, and the veggies and guacamole-sour cream were in the open flap. Unique and was like eating a taco salad. Also ordered chips and beans, which was way more than I could finish. While ordering, the manager came up and asked if he could help with the kiosk ordering system. For fast food restaurants, this was very good and I would highly recommend it.

This place is great. The food actually tastes like Mexican food, and the best part it’s NOT greasy. Thank for the good food today, the excellent customer service, and kind staff. Everything tasted good. I had the taco and enchilada, and we also got tsunami burrito. Calm environment inside, and it’s cool, but not cold. They have 3 tvs with sports on them, and them serve some beer from the tap.

The food is always good and their service is fast. They have have two tvs usually having different things on it. Plus there’s a charging ports whether you have just the cable or the the box with the cable it’s there! They have a patio outside so if you want to eat outside you can and it’s very pretty too! Definitely a must go when you have a chance!
